Wound Care Practice Realizes 2x Growth with Enabli Health Tech-Enabled Workforce Partnership

THE PROBLEM 

A New Jersey specialist practice found themselves struggling to scale their visits to skilled nursing facilities. The nature of the wound specialist practice sent providers to multiple locations that leveraged disparate EHR systems, making note completion difficult. Rounding summaries, orders, and treatment plans often had to be typed up and sent to facilities after their visits, greatly reducing the practice’s reach and impact.

THE PARTNERSHIP 

The practice leveraged Enabli Health to add tech-enabled support and allied health members to their team. Armed with AI support in the field, teams were able to capture and complete patient notes in the field. Allied health support staff further assisted with communications and administrative tasks to help scale the business. After a three week pilot at four locations, the practice expanded their Enabli Health partnership to capture all 15 of their customers. Now, they’ve grown to serve more than 45 locations and added four more full time providers, all thanks to Enabli Health.
