THE PROBLEM

A large multi-specialty medical group was struggling with chronic Medical Assistant openings, impacting efficiency and patient throughput. Care team members had to tackle below license tasks and additional workloads, to cover chronically open positions. These conditions caused talent attrition and decreasing morale.

THE RESULTS

In just four months, the medical group has expanded their medical assistant program from eight full time placements to twenty eight, more than tripling their workforce solution. Enabli Health medical assistants now support more than thirteen specialties, including internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, and radiology. The system has also added virtual assistants to their solution.
