Turnkey Staffing for Allied Health: What is it and how does it work?

Turnkey staffing doesn’t just fill a position once with a new hire; it replaces the entire interviewing, hiring, and training cycle. As positions turn over, they are refilled, often with no gaps in coverage for your team. This approach to staffing boosts retention while managing churn, leaving your working environment undisturbed. Enabli Health’s turnkey staffing helps you manage hard-to-fill roles while delivering the highest quality candidates.

Here are some common questions on turnkey staffing for clinical teams:

How does turnkey staffing work?

Turnkey staffing is a staffing agreement between your organization and Enabli Health. You indicate what kind of positions you need help filling, how many seats you need filled, and agree to a rate to have that contract filled. Enabli Health will then recruit, hire, and train employees to fill those positions. If an employee leaves, it is Enabli Health’s responsibility to find an adequate replacement. Turnkey employees are paid and managed by Enabli Health but report on-site to work with your team.

What steps in the hiring and onboarding process are managed by Enabli Health’s turnkey staffing?

Enabli Health vets, recruits, hires, trains, pays, and manages turnkey employees. Ongoing quality assurance, additional training, or corrective action are all managed by Enabli Health. Scheduling of turnkey employees is handled jointly. Your organization identifies which shifts need to be covered, and the Enabli Health team will ensure those shifts are covered. If an employee is sick or otherwise unable to attend a shift, it is Enabli Health’s responsibility to maintain coverage.

What tasks does my team still need to handle with turnkey staff?

Our staff receive several weeks of training to prepare them for a clinical environment and develop familiarity with medical terminology. We have our own in-house education programs for medical scribe and medical assistant duties. But, every organization is different. We count on you to provide any site-specific training – be that tips on workflow, specific technology, or other preferences.

How does Enabli Health’s turnkey staffing handle turnover?

We fill positions as quickly as possible – often with no gap in coverage. It’s our obligation to cover the roles and shifts that we have been assigned, and we do just that.

Does a turnkey solution take over all staffing?

No, Enabli Health only manages the open seats you ask us to manage. If we enter a medical assistant partnership, for example, we manage your hiring needs. If you need to staff 75 medical assistants, and you have 40 seasoned employees on your team already, then those 40 medical assistants are yours to manage and oversee. We’ll handle the remaining 35 openings and ensure your team is always highly qualified and ready to work.

Is turnkey staffing a replacement for HR or Recruiting?

Never – turnkey staffing solutions are a tool and a partnership for HR and Recruiting teams. Enabli Health’s job is to make you look good and to help your team do their best work. We work with you to cover high-churn roles so you can focus on other recruiting and hiring efforts.

What should I expect when working with turnkey staff?

Enabli Health staff are a cut above the rest. We seek out pre-professionals who are smart, eager to learn, and ready to work. Our employees are looking forward to careers in healthcare and they want to be on your team. We promise highly qualified and highly engaged staff that you’ll be grateful to have by your side.
